# New Year- More Writing, Clearer Thinking

This website has had many names, intentions, and inconsistent commitments. While I am still mulling whether I can recommit to writing The Up Round every couple of weeks, I did make a goal in 2025 to write at least weekly.

Over the years, people have asked me how I make time to think and write. I usually respond with the advice, "Write for yourself." In 2024, I lost this in the hustle/bustle of life and feel like I lost clarity of thought, memorialized my learnings less consistently, and was less rigorous in exploring new concepts.

Here's to popping a gumball and chewing on what is top of mind in VC, startups, and technology. Happy New Year!
